TROUBLE IN RUNNING

BEAUTY CHARGE (G231) knuckled on jumping. Near the 250M was steadied and shifted out to avoid a runner - Race 200.

HARMONY N BLESSED (E061) after the 900M shifted in to obtain cover and then commenced to race keenly and was awkwardly placed close to heels of that runner for some distance - Race 200.

SUPERB CAPITALIST (H092) on jumping knuckled over, became unbalanced and lost ground. Near the 900M became unbalanced when bumped. After the event, rider stated that after losing ground at the start his mount settled further back than anticipated and failed to respond to his riding in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 138.

GORGEOUS WIN (J008) raced keenly in the early stages. Approaching the 600M was taken wider. Then raced wide and without cover thereafter - Race 200.

RAGING BLIZZARD (H368) after the event, rider reported that whilst his mount travelled satisfactorily during the race, it did not respond strongly to his riding in the Home Straight and may have not appreciated racing on the All Weather surface for the first time. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 227.

SING DRAGON (J141) raced keenly in the early stages. Between the 450M and the 250M was held up for clear running - Race 249.

BOTTOMUPTOGETHER (J316) after the race was examined by the vet who said a endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 172.

WONDER KIT (G455) near the 150M rider dropped his left rein for a short distance. When questioned, rider stated that when his mount commenced to lay out approaching the 150M, he pulled the whip through from his right to his left hand. He said as he did so he dropped his left rein for a short distance. He added over the concluding stages when being ridden out the horse then lay in towards the running rail which required him to correct his mount and stop riding with the whip near the 50M before he was able to recommence fully testing his mount to the finish. Rider was advised that as this was the third occasion he was noted to have dropped his rein, he should, wherever possible, ensure that he maintains control of his reins - Race 200.

FAST NETWORK (J358) jumped only fairly and then shortly after was steadied when crowded - Race 265.

I GIVE (H036) made contact with the left side of its barrier on jumping - Race 265.

LUCKY ENCOUNTER (H274) near the 250M was steadied. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 200.

SON PAK FU (G265) after the event, rider confirmed that he was instructed to hold a forward position - Race 249.
