PHILIP WOO’S FORMLINE
Happy For All didn't have things didn't pan out from a tricky draw last month at the Valley but had run on nicely to fill the frame in three prior starts over today's Sha Tin 1,200m. He's since trialled fine and will try to topple them from gate 12. First Love ran on steadily for fifth on debut earlier this month over this C&D. He should be fitter and is drawn to get the right sort of run. View Of The World came from last for sixth in a good form race on debut last month over this C&D but will likely be giving them a head start from gate 11. Fun N Glory has shown different tactics to fill the frame once on each Sha Tin surface following a stable and gear change. He has place claims.
TROUBLE IN RUNNING
KA YING WARRIOR (H028) post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 583.
SUGAR BALL (H394) shifted in on jumping and was bumped. Near the 550M made contact with a runner and shifted out. After the race, rider could offer no explanation for his mount's disappointing performance. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Finished tailed out and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 745.
DEAL COMPLETED (J378) jumped only fairly and then shortly after the start was checked when crowded - Race 762.
VIEW OF THE WORLD (J348) from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 755.
FUNG (J101) bumped shortly after the start. Raced greenly in the early stages and near the 1000M was steadied to avoid a runner. Leaving the 1000M was steadied. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 409.
HAPPY FOR ALL (H181) jumped only fairly and was bumped shortly after the start. Near the 550M was crowded. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 745.
