TROUBLE IN RUNNING

HUGE WAVE (J197) shortly after the start was taken in and bumped on the hindquarters. Approaching the 300M was held up for clear running - Race 317.

SILVERY BREEZE (K057) bumped near the 900M - Race 345.

EMBRACES (J276) shortly after the start made contact with a runner, shifted in and bumped another runner. Near the 200M rider dropped his left rein for a number of strides - Race 346.

UNIVERSAL HORIZON (G360) jumped only fairly. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 245.

FALLON (H219) bumped at the start. Near the 350M had difficulty obtaining clear running - Race 346.

PACKING TURBINE (J470) near the 250M raced tight. After the event, rider stated that with the pace of the event being run outside of standard time in the middle stages, when the pace increased on the Home Turn, his mount came under immediate pressure and was unable to finish the race off thereafter. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 346.

BLESSED NATION (J292) from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 346.

NEW FUTURE FOLKS (J418) for some distance near the 900M raced keenly when positioned to the inside of a runner and being steadied to allow that runner to cross. Passing the 900M was steadied. Raced tight near the 300M. After the event, rider reported that his mount raced too keenly throughout the middle stages and as a result was unable to run on in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 327.

PRESTIGE GOOD (K131) jumped only fairly. Near the 300M was contacted on the hindquarters by a runner and became unbalanced - Race 317.

SPANISH FLAME (K013) jumped only fairly. When finishing the race off well was steadied approaching the winning post. When questioned, rider stated that his mount, which was having its second race start, raced keenly and when positioned to the inside of a runner near the 800M, he elected to restrain his mount when his mount was reluctant to hold its position to the inside of that runner - Race 364.
