TROUBLE IN RUNNING

KING OBERON (H407) made contact with a running rail on entering the track, was examined by the vet and passed suitable to race. Near the 250M was taken out - Race 641.

SPICY SO SMART (G203) near the 100M had to be steadied to avoid a runner and lost its rightful running - Race 592.

TAIHANG SCENERY (J314) in the early and middle stages raced keenly and near the 900M got its head up when being shifted behind a runner to obtain cover - Race 698.

SOLAR UP (J134) on jumping was bumped and became unbalanced when positioned tight - Race 592.

MODEST GENTLEMAN (G352) bumped shortly after the start. Between the 300M and the 200M had difficulty obtaining clear running - Race 651.

RUBY SAILING (H347) was slow to begin. After the 100M was checked when disappointed for clear running. When questioned regarding his riding in the Home Straight rider stated that after placing his mount under pressure in the early part of the Home Straight he then observed a run develop between two runners after the 200M. He said as a result he then shifted his mount out with a view to taking that run, however, when that run closed after the 150M he was checked when disappointed. Following the race found that horse to be a "roarer" which had previously been reported - Race 651.

URBAN TRIUMPH (H200) shifted out at the start and was bumped. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 592.

FALCON COURT (J056) jumped only fairly and then was crowded - Race 679.

TIMESTORM (G109) from the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 678.

SMILING EMPEROR (J371) shortly after the start made contact with a runner when crowded. In the early stages raced keenly and making the turn near the 1200M shifted out when being steadied away from a runner - Race 689.

ALMIGHTY KICK (J254) jumped only fairly and shortly after the start was crowded - Race 708.
