Race Four : (697) - INDIGENOUS HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1000Meters
Horse No 1 BOTTOMUPTOGETHER (J316) Z Purton Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 MULTISUPER (G416) L Hewitson Jumped awkwardly.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea.
Before being allowed to race again, MULTISUPER will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Horse No 3 METRO WARRIOR (D387) K C Leung Shifted out abruptly on jumping.
Horse No 5 AURORA LADY (J066) B Avdulla Bumped at the start.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 6 CIRCUIT VICTORY (H487) M F Poon Crowded shortly after the start.
Horse No 7 MY WISH (J256) L Ferraris Shortly after the start bumped with MOLLY'S WITNESS and then shifted in.
Raced greenly throughout the event and lay out.
Horse No 8 RAGNARR (H297) H Bowman Jumped only fairly and then was crowded by AURORA LADY which was taken out by RED ELEGANCE.
Horse No 9 WINNING MONEY (J116) C Y Ho A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 11 NEVER PETER OUT (J200) C L Chau After travelling a short distance was hampered when taken out towards the heels of METRO WARRIOR when bumped by MULTISUPER which shifted out.
Horse No 12 PROSECCO (E457) K Teetan Jumped only fairly and then was crowded by METRO WARRIOR which shifted out abruptly on jumping.
After the 500 Metres was disappointed for clear running to the outside of MOLLY'S WITNESS and was then held up for clear running until the 400 Metres when it shifted to the inside of MOLLY'S WITNESS.
After the race, K Teetan reported that his mount may now be advantaged by being stepped up distance for its next start.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Favourite Bottomuptogether edged clear after hitting the lead 300m out following a pace-prompting run in the center of the track from a low draw to remain perfect in two starts over the straight 1,000m. He will be in Class Three next time out but there's clearly room for improvement from the three-year-old. Aurora Lady stayed on nicely for second from better than midfield travelling near the far side. It was a very good debut effort. Super Axiom kept on well after rushing to the lead on the stands side from gate one. It was a better effort from three recent runs at this level following a win in Class Five. Metro Warrior whacked on one paced after a prominent run. He rarely produces a bad run over this trip. My Wish couldn't keep a straight line but did work home reasonably well after switching into the open 200m out after making most his run near the grandstand side from behind midfield. It was a positive debut effort. Multisuper whacked on one paced after a midfield run on the outside fence. He ran below par following a win and second in two prior starts. Red Elegance was retreating 150m out after chasing the leading pair.
