Recap by phillip woo

Firming to jump the odds-on favourite Call Me Glorious was much too strong after clearing to lead from gate nine for a second win and a second and first in the grade from four starts. He has the tools to rise higher. Little Brose was never going to catch the winner but did stay on well after a handy run. It was a good effort carrying top weight. Solid Impact was doing his best work late to fill a placing after a one-off trip from midfield. It was another fine effort following wins in two of three prior starts. Beauty Missile got going late near the outside to just miss a placing after a patient ride fourth last from gate 11. He will be a force to reckon with shortly in Class Four. Prestige Always stayed on nicely near the inside after a rails run from behind midfield. It was a encouraging debut effort in Hong Kong. Nebraskan gradually faded after a pace-stalking run from gate eight. He's still acclimatising. Prawns Eleven made a mild bid after a wide trip from behind midfield. He had an excuse. Phoenix Light ran on without threatening from towards the rear. He couldn't lift carrying more weight following back-to-back wins.
