Horse No 1 BULB PRINCE (G179) E C W Wong A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 2 JOYFUL FRIENDSHIP (H295) H Bowman Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 3 RELIABLE PROFIT (G462) L Hewitson After the race, L Hewitson stated that his mount was able to obtain a position outside the lead, but carrying equal top weight of 135 lbs on the Soft track, did not finish the race off in the Home Straight.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 4 SMART BEAUTY (G477) Z Purton From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Raced keenly in the early stages and near the 1200 Metres shifted out when being steadied away from LADY BILLIE.
Over the concluding stages lay in and away from CASA LEGEND.
Horse No 5 LADY BILLIE (H365) M Chadwick Bumped at the start.
Horse No 6 SUNNY BABY (E166) A Hamelin Approaching the 300 Metres was eased when crowded between JOYFUL FRIENDSHIP and CASA LEGEND which shifted out to improve.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 8 LEATHER MASTER (H034) B Thompson Bumped at the start.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 9 CASA LEGEND (G126) M F Poon Stood flat-footed as the start was effected and lost ground.
A warning was placed on the horse's barrier manners.

Horse No 13 DIAMOND WINNER (H285) A Badel Made contact with the left side of its barrier on jumping and became unbalanced.
From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 14 HANG'S CHOICE (E311) M L Yeung Raced wide and without cover from the 900 Metres.

Plunged to jump favourite, Casa Legend took control 30m out after recovering to sit second last 1,300m out after badly missing the kick for a first win at his 25th start. He did place two runs ago at the Valley and appeared to relish the wet conditions. Leather Master got up in the last stride for second after a rail run from midfield. It was clearly his best performance from 11 starts. Early favourite Smart Beauty found a couple just too good after surging to the lead 150m out following a patient ride wide towards the rear from gate 14. It was another solid effort carrying a lot more weight following a win. Foxhunter Way found a few too good after assuming the front 350m out following a speed-tracking run from gate 10. He rarely produces a bad run but has trouble winning. Superb Daddy ran on late through the centre to finish next best after biding his time four from the rear. General Winner just plodded after a prominent run on the fence. He is better suited over 1,400m.
