Recap by phillip woo

Punted late Capital Delight responded nicely to overhaul Self Improvement 20m out after improving to sit fourth coming to the final bend after a tardy start. He was able to build on a last start second to notch his third win and second on the dirt from 11 starts this term. Self Improvement found one too good after reclaiming the lead 300m out from Hong Kong Hall. He was able to back up a win last start in Class Four. Favourite Victory Moments had his chance after settling third and one off the fence. The rise in weight following a last start win took its toll. Super Win Dragon made some ground late through the middle without threatening the top three after a one-off trip from midfield. Youthful Deal ran on steadily to finish next best after a rail run from behind midfield for his new trainer. He continues to disappoint. Must Go made some ground late down the outside after making his run second last from a tricky gate. He found it harder in a higher grade. Hong Kong Hall didn't offer much in the straight run after working hard to lead 700m out from a wide draw.
