Racing Incident Report
Race One: (676) - LIBERATOR PLATE - Class GRIFFIN - 1200Meters
On arrival at the Start, the tongue tie applied to SPEED VISION was adjusted.
KING KANALOA began awkwardly and lost ground.
Before being allowed to race again, KING KANALOA will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.
Just prior to the start being effected, RULETHEROOST turned its head to the right and consequently was very slow to begin.

SUPER MODEL lost its left front plate approaching the 1000 Metres.
Approaching the 900 Metres, KING KANALOA raced tight inside PACIFIC MASTER which shifted in away from SPEED VISION.
PACIFIC MASTER made the turn after the 900 Metres awkwardly and got its head up when awkwardly placed close to the heels of ROMANTIC BONANZA.
Passing the 800 Metres, KING KANALOA and PACIFIC MASTER were crowded for room inside SPEED VISION (J Moreira) which shifted in.
J Moreira was reprimanded.
After this, PACIFIC MASTER got its head up, lay out and was awkwardly placed inside the heels of SPEED VISION approaching and passing the 700 Metres.
ROCKAGE lay out rounding the Home Turn.
Approaching the 200 Metres, SUPER MODEL shifted in away from ROMANTIC BONANZA which shifted in under pressure.
Z Purton (SUPER MODEL) reported that his mount made a number of abnormal breathing noises throughout the race.
An endoscopic examination conducted on SUPER MODEL did not show any abnormality.
ROMANTIC BONANZA and SUPER MODEL were sent for sampling.

Romantic Bonanza poked his head in front from Super Model at the 250m after peeling out following a box-seat run at the 400m and edged clear 100m out. Raging favourite Super Model grudgingly gave way after dictating the run in his debut here. He'll certainly benefit from the outing and will be hard to beat when next in action. Newcomer Ruletheroost finished nicely for third after settling second last following a very slow start. He's got some natural ability but will require more time and experience. Speed Vision came up flat following a prominent run without cover the entire trip. He's still a work in progress. Rockage stayed on late in both starts but couldn't lift his feet over the last 200m tracking the speed here. Trainer John Moore will have his hands full getting both Pacific Master and newcomer King Kanaloa, who flopped the start, right.
