Racing Incident Report
Race One: (47) - SWALLOW HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1650Meters
As the start was effected, SUPERB MOVE lowered its head and as a consequence H Bowman became badly unbalanced, resulting in SUPERB MOVE jumping awkwardly and losing ground.
Near the 1500 Metres, SUPERB MOVE raced tight to the inside of SMART BEAUTY before SMART BEAUTY was corrected by its rider, B Avdulla.
MILLENNIUM FALCON raced keenly outside the lead in the early stages and near the 900 Metres was allowed to stride forward and assume the lead.
Near the 250 Metres, SMART BEAUTY raced tight between SUPERB MOVE and HUNKY DORY (A Atzeni) which shifted out and away from MILLENNIUM FALCON before being corrected by its rider.
A veterinary inspection of SHENZHOU TWELVE and HUNKY DORY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SUPERB MOVE and DOUBLE SHOW were sent for sampling.

Odds-on favourite Superb Move started poorly, travelled in midfield, hit the front near the 100m marker and prevailed by a short head. He did very well to break through despite his rough beginning and 135-pound impost. He has the tools to win in Class Four soon. Double Show made it close on the wire after getting all the favours in the box seat. He appreciated stepping up in distance following his one-paced 1,400m fifth first up. Smart Beauty ran on steadily to finish a close third after his prominent run. His Happy Valley debut produced the best of his seven efforts. Copartner Era dashed late from near last to fill the frame without threatening the top three. It was a return to form for him. He should find his mark in this grade soon. Millennium Falcon weakened over the last 100m after tracking the speed in the early stages and claiming the lead 900m out. His best days are behind him. Punted late, Hunky Dory had no more to offer 200m from home after racing close to the pace. He is limited. It was another awful showing by Shenzhou Twelve. His connections should consider cutting their losses.
