Recap by phillip woo
Play It kept up a strong gallop to salute in class record time at his 22nd start after zipping to the front with an early move at the 1,000m. He's versatile and there might be another win in him. Favourite Bullish Glory kept grinding away for second after being asked to pick up following a handy run at the 650m. He's nothing special but appears to have come around in recent runs. Audacity kept on all right without menacing the winner with every chance in the box-seat. He's an honest stayer but doesn't have much upside following a win three back. Punted late Cloud Nine plodded over the last 200m after stalking the speed early on. He's more effective at the Valley. Premium Champion only held his ground following a midfield run. He's trying to find a bottom after two early season wins. Art Of Raw stopped badly at the top of the straight after getting an easy time early on in front. There may have been unforeseen issues.
