Racing Incident Report
Race Seven: (371) - EGRET HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1200Meters
ALMABABY shifted out at the start and bumped BIG BANG BONG.
MIDNIGHT RATTLER and SUPER MAN bumped at the start.
After this, despite being hard ridden, SUPER MAN failed to muster early speed.
MYTHICAL EMPEROR began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped PERPETUAL TREASURE.
After the 700 Metres, CAPTAIN BOSS was left racing wide and without cover.
Making the turn near the 600 Metres, PAKISTAN BABY was awkwardly placed close to the heels of MIDNIGHT RATTLER.
WINNING VANGOGH got its head on the side and lay out rounding the Home Turn.
The Stewards scrutinized the riding of A Badel, the rider of the 5th placed, CHEER WIN, over the concluding stages.
As the Stewards were satisfied that A Badel had continued pushing CHEER WIN out with his right hand all the way to the end of the race, no further action was taken.
A veterinary inspection of SUPER MAN and LONDON CITY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
ALMABABY and WINNING VANGOGH were sent for sampling.

Almababy overhauled favourite Winning Vangogh 20m out following a prominent run along the fence to notch a third career win. He relished the drop in class but will find it harder again. Winning Vangogh kept on gamely after assuming the lead from Mythical Emperor following a pace-stalking run in a terrific first run back following a bleeding attack. Big Time Baby kept on nicely after settling one off in third from a wide gate. He's turned the corner this season and remains one to keep safe sprinting on either surface. Mythical Emperor found a few too good after dictating the run. He's on his mark after winning two earlier starts this term. Cheer Win was making ground noticeably near the inside after travelling behind midfield on the fence. He's starting to find his feet and can pop up soon on either surface at this level or, if not, in Class Four. Big Bang Bong stayed on without menacing travelling worse than midfield on the fence.
