In 1996, the greatest basketball player ever known made his movie debut alongside some of the most famous characters. Michael Jordan, who was the sport’s biggest star at the time (and is still one of the highest scoring players ever), played himself in Warner Bros’ Space Jam, with characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam and Lola Bunny. The film blended live action and animation, and became a cult classic.

And now, the greatest basketball star currently playing is following in Jordan’s footsteps. LeBron James plays the lead in Space Jam: A New Legacy. After his character’s son is sucked into a virtual reality, James must follow him, then lead a ragtag team of Looney Tunes characters to b’ball victory, or risk staying stuck there forever.

Don Cheadle, and The Walking Dead’s Sonequa Martin-Green also appear, while Zendaya voices Lola Bunny.
