Racing Incident Report
Race Six: (685) - TAI SHING STREAM HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1650Meters
SUPER BULLET began only fairly and then was crowded for room between MORE THAN ENOUGH and LIGHT MY DAY which shifted out.
SUPER HONG KONG began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of SAVVY KINGMAN.
CHATER PINS began only fairly and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
From a wide barrier, SEAWEED FORTUNE was also shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Despite being vigorously ridden for a considerable distance in the early stages, THUNDER STOMP was slow to muster speed.
After passing the winning post on the first occasion, ALL BEST FRIENDS was left racing very wide and without cover and after the 1400 Metres was steadied to obtain cover towards the rear of the field.
Approaching the 1000 Metres, ALL BEST FRIENDS was bumped and taken wider by SEAWEED FORTUNE which shifted out away from the heels of SINCERE BOY.
Near the 250 Metres, THUNDER STOMP was directed out away from the heels of MORE THAN ENOUGH.
A veterinary inspection of SINCERE BOY and MING WARRIOR immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SAVVY KINGMAN and MORE THAN ENOUGH were sent for sampling.

Savvy Kingman put luck out of the equation by leading from a middle draw for a comfortable win after straightening nearly three lengths on top. He had been knocking on the door in three prior starts. Punted late, More Than Enough closed the gap late to finish a clear-cut second chasing the speed one off in third. He did win two back and it was a good effort carrying top weight. Old-timer Thunder Stomp just out-finished Royal Racer for third after a one-off run better than midfield with money coming for him late. He's beyond his better days but can bob up now and then with a big run. Royal Racer ran on steadily from behind midfield to just miss a placing. It was an improved effort at his second run following a lengthy break. Seaweed Fortune ran on without menacing from towards the rear. He got too far back from a wide draw. Chater Pins also spotted them too much of a head start from gate 10 but was making headway late. He does appear from his past three starts to be heading in the right direction. Light My Day had every chance chasing the winner on the fence. He has been a major disappointment after a second-up win over the 1,600m but will find himself in Class Five next time out.
