Racing Incident Report
Race Eight: (261) - LUKFOOK JEWELLERY LOVE FOREVER COLLECTION HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1200Meters
BRIGHT KID and YOUNG LEGEND were crowded for room shortly after the start between ENDEARING and KEY WITNESS which shifted out.
From a wide barrier, HONEST WAY was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
At the entrance to the Straight, KEY WITNESS was shifted in away from the heels of YOUNG LEGEND to continue improving.
Passing the 400 Metres, ENDEARING and RACING FIGHTER raced tight as RACING FIGHTER shifted to the outside of SIMPLY BIG to obtain clear running.
YOUNG LEGEND, which was following ENDEARING, was held up for clear running behind that horse in consequence.
Throughout the race, MUSIC ADDITION travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of MUSIC ADDITION and ZERO HEDGE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
ZERO HEDGE, RACING FIGHTER and KEY WITNESS were sent for sampling.

Racing Fighter just got up following a midfield run for a first win at his seventh start. He had put the writing on the wall last start and a riding change to Zac Purton, who was riding his fourth winner on the card, was the difference in the end. Key Witness just failed to get up near the inside following a patient ride third from the rear. Age is getting the better of him but he did enjoy the genuine pace on this occasion. Handsome Bo Bo was on his tippy toes 50m out after clearing to lead at the 1,000m from a wide gate. He's always a chance in front over this Sha Tin trip at this level. Young Legend was getting going late from behind midfield to finish a close fourth. Endearing came up flat following a handy run for his new trainer. They did tamper with his gear. Honest Way left things too late travelling at the rear from a wide gate for his new trainer.
