Racing Incident Report
Race Three: (597) - BUSAN HANDICAP - Class 3 - 2200Meters
SUPER CHIC and TEN FLAMES bumped at the start.
From wide barriers, GENERAL SHERMAN and KING'S MAN were steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
In the early stages, TEN FLAMES, which was being steadied in an attempt to obtain cover, was left racing wide and without cover and after the 1700 Metres was allowed to improve to race in a more forward position closer to the rail.
Passing the 1000 Metres, ENSURING was awkwardly placed behind GOOD DAYS.
Near the 750 Metres, ZILONG was awkwardly placed behind BRING IT ON.
Making the turn near the 600 Metres, GENERAL SHERMAN lost ground when attempting to improve into very tight running inside KING'S MAN which shifted in marginally.
Rounding the Home Turn, TEN FLAMES raced tight with GIANT TURTLE as that horse shifted to the outside of GOLDFIELD to obtain clear running.
Also rounding the Home Turn, GOOD DAYS raced close to the heels of TEN FLAMES.
Then near the 350 Metres, GOOD DAYS was held up for a run behind TEN FLAMES and inside HAR HAR HEART and passing the 300 Metres was directed to the outside of HAR HAR HEART to obtain clear running.
SUPER CHIC and GIANT TURTLE were sent for sampling.

Post-time favourite Super Chic showed a good turn of foot after switching inside for a run at the 200m to win going away 60m out following a patient run one from the back. He responds well for Zac Purton and the step back up to the 2,200m was ideal. Early favourite Giant Turtle found one too good after surging to the lead 200m out following a boxseat. He did little wrong but ran into a better horse on this day. Good Days ran on well to snatch third on the wire after peeling into the open for a clear run at the 300m following a handy run on the fence. Goldfield wouldn't go down without a fight after clearing to the front 1,400m out from a wide gate. It's taken him six runs to finally show a glimpse of form but he may be one for next season. Har Har Heart plodded following a prominent run. He wasn't quite ready to tackle the 2,200m. King's Man made some ground without threatening after settling third from the rear with a tonne of money for him late.
