Recap by phillip woo
Rewarding Hero was patiently ridden at the tail of the field, and finished willingly to grab victory in the final stride. All You Wish bided his time and ran on nicely to make it a bob of heads on the wire. Beauty Flame led comfortably from gate six, and was swamped in the shadows of the post. Tour De Force lost some ground when copping a check between runners at the 1,000m, and finished well. Super Lifeline had every chance on the back of the speed and kept on evenly. Frederick Engels peaked on his run 150m out. Sterling City never fired a shot.
