The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is set to celebrate its 35th anniversary this month, and in the run-up, the hotel has planned a packed schedule of festivities. Among them is a special edition of Tiffin’s dinner buffet on Thursday that will feature a 21-metre-long cheeseboard with 250 cheeses from French cheesemonger Les Frères Marchand. An unlimited wine package features the likes of Pascal and Nicolas Reverdy Sancerre and Luis Cañas Rioja Tempranillo, and you can take home your favourite fromage by the gram.
