ThinkWine’s All-You-Can-Eat Raclette Menu

There’s nothing more hygge-inducing than free-flow raclette, which ThinkWine is offering from now until March 1. For HK$358 per person, guests can tuck into an assortment of raclette and Morbier cheese, paired with ham, chorizo, truffle saucisson, potatoes and pickles. The wine bar’s extensive Burgundy collection, alongside rare and exclusive vintages such as Chateau Rayas 2010 and Pignan 2011, serve as delectable accompaniments to this very Alpine affair.

Monkey 47 takeover at Terrible Baby

The self-proclaimed “exotic” gin brand Monkey 47 has partnered with Eaton HK’s cocktail bar Terrible Baby to transform its terrace into a jungle paradise for its new limited-edition Monkey Jungle cocktail menu. Crafted by head mixologist Axel González, the menu features four cocktails, including the refreshing BB-Club, a blend of Monkey 47, blackberries and citrus; and the floral Into the Wild, pairing absinthe and lavender. You can also opt for the breezy Welcome to the Forest, and a signature Monkey G&T. Available until December 31.
