Say wat? Ritz-Carlton will have African delights at its organic salad bar

The Ritz-Carlton welcomes the summer season with a refreshing “Out of Africa” Organic Salad Bar. The hotel’s Lounge & Bar offers exotic flavours of the wild and sustainable organic coffee.
From August 14 to October 15, the organic salad bar is topped up with a selection of salads infused with African flavours and condiments.
Highlights include spicy Ethiopian red lentils, chickpea and sweet potato wat; and beetroot salad with red onion.
From September onwards, the African superfood, teff, will be available to enrich the meal. Teff is a rich source of calcium, vitamin C, protein and iron.
The lunch menu features two new coffees for an additional HK$15. The Uganda Seibei Bugisu Grade AA from Ethiopia is available from August 14 to September 14, and the “Ngoso” Kumbo Grade A from Cameroon is available from September 15 to October 15.
