Flat Iron has been steadily expanding its brand since the original pop-up in SoHo last year. Now, the steak-focused concept is heading across the harbour where, until January 2, guests can indulge in a specially curated pop-up menu featuring Flat Iron staples and new dishes co-created with the talented Tapas Bar team at Shangri-La Kowloon.
Among other favourites, the TST pop-up will serve mini versions of one of Flat Iron’s most popular burgers in the shape of pigalle and cheese sliders – Angus beef patties topped with melted raclette, truffle bacon jam, zingy Old Bay mayo and pickles. Wash it all down with a 25 per cent discount on selected drinks during happy hour.
