CY Leung left luggage saga

Controversy arose in April 2016 after a piece of luggage belonging to Leung Chung-yan, a daughter of Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying, was specially delivered to a restricted area at Hong Kong International Airport as she was boarding a flight.
