Hong Kong Sevens schedule
Gates open at 7am on Saturday. After some mini rugby, Japan v Spain women kicks off day two at 9.30am.
USA and Canada women will try to preserve their 100 per cent winning records when they meet in a repeat of the bronze medal match from Los Angeles at 9.53am.
For Great Britain and Argentina men, the task is to avoid the ignominy of a winless pool campaign in their 12.11pm clash. Neither Hong Kong team are in the main competition, but they remain huge draws. Either side of a performance by The Wailers, the women face Thailand at 2.09pm, with Japan waiting for the men at 3.11pm.
The women’s Cup quarter-finals begin at 3.34pm, and the men’s follow from 5.09pm.
