It’s the final day of the 2023 Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens on Sunday, and that means the silverware and final placings are up for grabs for the men and women.

Here’s everything you need to know.

When does the Sevens start?

The gates open early again on Sunday: you can get in and grab your preferred seats in So Kon Po from 7am onwards.

After more mini-rugby between 7.20am and 8.10am, the men’s matches begin at 8.30am with the fight for the minor places. The Cup quarterfinals follow from 10.02am.

The day builds to the women’s and men’s Cup finals, at 7.40pm and 8.15pm respectively, before the day ends at 8.45pm.
