Recap by phillip woo

Turin Warrior came with a perfectly timed run from third last to just blouse Viva Graciousness for a second win from his past three starts. Viva Graciousness did everything right but get the win after poking his head in front 100m out following a boxseat run. He's holding his form very well after a win and two placings in three prior starts. Good Luck Win ran on well for third travelling towards the rear after rearing at the start. He's given a good sight in back-to-back runs following an upset win. En Perfecto ran on well near the inside for fourth after a rails run from midfield. It was his best effort from seven starts. Good Luck Babe gradually faded after setting a genuine pace up front from gate six. It was a better effort at his sixth local start. Firefoot wasn't a factor after working three wide from gate 10 to track the leader 1,200m out. He had an excuse. Ragnarr ran on without threatening settling last from gate eight. Favourite Classic Century didn't offer much after a one-out, one-back run. He was resuming after coming out of a defeat last month with blood in his trachea.
