Horse No 1 KA YING RISING (J062) Z Purton Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 MAJESTIC KNIGHT (G258) K Teetan Slow to begin and then was crowded shortly after by LUCKY WITH YOU which shifted in.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 5 PACKING TREADMILL (G161) L Hewitson After the event, L Hewitson reported that his instructions were to hold a forward position.
He said on jumping PACKING TREADMILL made contact with BABY CRYSTAL and as a result settled further back in the field than intended.
Horse No 6 BEAUTY CHARGE (G231) M Chadwick Shortly after the start was steadied when crowded between FLYING ACE and LUCKY WITH YOU, both of which shifted ground.
Horse No 8 BEAUTY WAVES (H294) A Badel Made contact with a running rail on leaving the Parade Ring, examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 10 BABY CRYSTAL (H081) M L Yeung In the middle stages lay out.
Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
After the event, M L Yeung reported that, in his opinion, BABY CRYSTAL did not appreciate the "Good to Yielding" track conditions.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Ka Ying Rising made it five on the trot with yet another commanding success and it will be a long time before he's seen in anything but Group company. After jumping smartly, Ka Ying Rising briefly led before handing up to stablemate Harmony N Blessed, cruising back to the front at the 300m and saluting by a length and a quarter. Popular in betting late to almost usurp Ka Ying Rising at the top of the market, Beauty Waves sat outside the favourite throughout but couldn't deliver when it mattered despite carrying 20 pounds less. Known leader Superb Capitalist sat fourth in transit before hitting the line OK to finish third, three and a quarter lengths behind the winner, while Harmony N Blessed stuck on for fourth. Both Flying Ace and Lucky With You have proven competitive at Group One level but lacked the zip that has held them in such good stead previously, travelling midfield before crossing the line in fifth and sixth, respectively.
