Recap by phillip woo

Well-backed Camino showed a good turn of foot to get up in the dying stages after turning the final bend behind midfield for a first win at his fifth start. It was a fine training effort off a 357-day absence. Ma Comet found one too good after going through a very tight gap along the inside to lead 100m out. It was an improved performance at his second run down in Class Four. Happy Horse kept on well for third after getting pressured for the lead by Fortune Warrior. It was another solid effort up in grade following a win. Fortune Warrior gradually faded after going forward to share the lead from gate 12. He can bob up at any moment after giving a decent sight in back-to-back runs from the widest draw. Sergeant Pepper stayed on all right for fifth after a travelling one off the rail in midfield. He wasn't good enough carrying 16 pounds more following a win. Circuit Seven ran on without threatening from towards the rear. Newcomer and favourite Sight Happy never figured after travelling erratically behind midfield. Gorgeous Vitality struggled to stay in touch at the rear.
