Horse No 1 MAGNIAC (H141) A Atzeni Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
The performance of MAGNIAC, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable.
Before being allowed to race again, MAGNIAC will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse's trachea.
Horse No 2 VICTORY MOMENTS (H142) Z Purton Jumped only fairly.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 CAPITAL DELIGHT (H262) C Y Ho Jumped only fairly.

Hong Kong Hall was perfectly rated in front from gate one by Karis Teetan for a second win from eight starts this term. He lived up to a front-running third at his initial start on the dirt last start. Super Win Dragon stayed on nicely for second after a handy run on the fence. It was a good effort after fetlock surgery in December, but he does like this surface. Clear-cut favourite Victory Moments lost second late but did have his chance after a pace-stalking run from gate two. He couldn't lift carrying five pounds more for this run. Monta Frutta ran on well for fourth after biding his time third last from gate 12. It was a good run in a speed-biased track. Capital Delight produced only a grinding effort following a one-off trip from midfield. He couldn't lift on the rain-affected track despite a return to the course and distance of a win and third in January. Sky Forever made some ground late to finish a long way behind the first five horses after a patient ride second last from gate nine.
