Race Two : (344) - JACKSON HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1800Meters
Horse No 1 PRECISE EXPRESS (D198) Y L Chung Bumped on jumping and became unbalanced.
Horse No 3 LOOKING COOL (G151) A Atzeni Bumped on jumping.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea.
Before being allowed to race again, LOOKING COOL will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Horse No 4 SERANGOON (H296) H Bentley Shifted out at the start and was bumped.
Horse No 6 CASA COSMO (G436) L Hewitson Crowded shortly after the start.
Horse No 7 MR ALADDIN (H386) K Teetan Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 FLYING SILVER (E478) B Avdulla Bumped shortly after the start.
After the race, B Avdulla stated that with the early and middle stages being run outside of standard time, his mount raced keenly and when placed under pressure in the Home Straight did not respond to his riding and was disappointing.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 9 STRONGEST BOY (H027) Z Purton From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when held up behind SUPER CONTENTED.
Horse No 10 SUPER CONTENTED (H251) K De Melo Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 11 VINCY (B213) M L Yeung From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 2 CONCERTO (E176) L Ferraris Withdrawn by order of the Stewards on raceday morning (see General).

Post-time favourite Super Contented was perfectly rated in front from gate five for a wire-to-wire win. He's only just come into his own, winning twice and placing once from his past four starts, and can win again. Mr Aladdin stayed on well for second after a prominent run one off the fence. He's building towards a win. Serangoon finished nicely after a rails run to take third. It was his best effort in a while. Palace Pal finished well for fourth after a one-off trip behind midfield. It was a typical performance. Forever Glorious was one-paced over the last 100m after a speed-tracking run from gate nine. It was another honest effort, but he doesn't have many points in hand off his current mark. Favourite Strongest Boy never looked a winning chance but was short of room near the inside over the last 50m following a patient ride second last from gate 11. He did have an excuse. Precise Express just whacked on one-paced following a one-off trip in midfield. He needed a stronger pace. Flying Silver had no excuse after a box-seat run. He's not racing well.
