Recap by phillip woo

Aestheticism quickened nicely to win going away 60m out after settling fifth last near the inside for a first win at his eighth start. It was an overdue success after placing in three prior starts. Well-backed Celtic Times stayed on well for second after settling effectively in the one-one spot. He's honest and was fitter for two runs this term. Special Hedge just lost second after poking his head in front 100m out following a prominent run on the fence. It was his best run from three starts. Specked late Superb Move kept on well for fourth after a handy run wide without cover the entire trip. Mister Dapper made some ground after a one-off trip from midfield. He's gone well in both starts. Arthur's Kingdom came from last to finish next best. It was a better effort. Affirm weakened last 100m after hitting the lead 200m out following a speed-chasing run. It wasn't a bad effort. Northern Beast never landed a blow after wide with cover trip from behind midfield. It was a below par effort, but he did have a late riding change to Brendon Avdulla.
