Recap by phillip woo
Fancied to jump the even-money favourite, Super Fortune kept finding after perfectly- rated run in front from gate two to ring up a third win from nine starts this term. He'll remain in the grade and can win again. Eight Trigrams kept on nicely for second after chasing the speed one-off in third. He's enjoying a fine campaign. Red Titan weaved a run late after straightening a clear last to finish a close third. It was a solid run after a fetlock injury in September. He's lightly-raced and this might be the sign of more good things to come. Forte came from near last and down the outside to fill the frame. He's honest but ahs trouble winning. Newcomer Billionaire Secret kept on evenly after a one-off trip in midfield. He went OK on debut. Young Life Forever weakened over the last 150m out after stalking the speed. He was in need of the run. Early favourite Five Elements failed to respond when asked for an effort upon straightening following a rails run in midfield and gave up the chase 300m out. It was an out-of-character run. As usual, Supreme Supreme struggled out back.
