Prime Minister dashed nicely to win going away 100m out after saving ground behind midfield from a low draw. It was his best effort over the course but he was a smart winner over the 1,400m in December. The Anomaly kept on gamely for second after leading 300m out after challenging for the lead from a tricky gate. He's no world beater but rarely produces a bad run. Favourite Dr Winning came from near last in the nine-horse field to fill a placing. He continues to race well with placings in his past two at this level following a Class Four win in February. Punted late, Killer Instinct kept grinding away to finish a non-threatening fourth after a prominent run along the fence. He's found it a shade harder in his past three runs following a win in Class Four. Nothing Impossible got going late to earn a minor cheque after biding his time at the rear of the field. He needs at least 1,800m. Exceptional Nice had nothing left in the tank 100m out after working forward three deep to clear for the lead 800m out from the widest draw. He had an excuse. Majestic Victory never got into the act from behind midfield. He's disappointed in back-to-back runs after an upset win over the 1,600m.

Racing Incident Report

Race Six: (562) - GLENEALY HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1650Meters

DR WINNING was crowded for room on jumping between CINQUANTE CINQ and NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE which shifted in.

Passing the 1600 Metres, PRIME MINISTER was tightened for room between KILLER INSTINCT and CINQUANTE CINQ which got its head on the side and lay in.

Passing the 1300 Metres, DR WINNING was steadied away from the heels of PRIME MINISTER which was taken in by MAJESTIC VICTORY which, when being shifted across to obtain cover behind CINQUANTE CINQ, got its head on the side and lay in.

EXCEPTIONAL NICE travelled wide and without cover in the early and middle stages and after the 900 Metres was ridden along to clear runners to its inside and obtain the lead after the 700 Metres.

CINQUANTE CINQ commenced to travel keenly passing the 1200 Metres and got its head up on a number of occasions when awkwardly placed behind THE ANOMALY.

Passing the 500 Metres, KILLER INSTINCT raced close to the heels of OUR LUCKY GLORY.

Near the 450 Metres, MAJESTIC VICTORY got its head on the side and lay out.

DR WINNING had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight and passing the 250 Metres was directed to the outside of CINQUANTE CINQ to obtain clear running.

Passing the 200 Metres, KILLER INSTINCT lay in away from the heels of THE ANOMALY and brushed EXCEPTIONAL NICE.

A veterinary inspection of MAJESTIC VICTORY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
