Racing Incident Report
Race Four: (350) - PENG CHAU HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1650Meters
JOLLY HONOUR and FAIRY FLOSS were steadied to obtain cover in the early stages.
From a wide barrier, SUNNY DELIGHT was also shifted across behind runners shortly after the start to obtain cover.
Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, MANNA FROM HEAVEN shifted in and bumped TRAVEL GLORY.
Passing the 1300 Metres, FULL POWER got its head on the side and lay out towards the heels of AMAZING NEWS.
MANNA FROM HEAVEN travelled wide and without cover until near the 1100 Metres.
MISSION BRAVO got its head up approaching and passing the 1000 Metres when awkwardly placed behind TRAVEL GLORY.
Approaching the 800 Metres, AMAZING NEWS shifted out away from the heels of LOYAL BABY after being awkwardly placed behind that horse.
AMAZING NEWS was then allowed to improve its position, however, raced wide and without cover for the remainder of the race.
Passing the 400 Metres, JOLLY HONOUR was held up behind SUNNY DELIGHT.
Passing the 100 Metres, EEVEE was directed to the inside of LOYAL BABY.
A veterinary inspection of RUN THE TABLE and MANNA FROM HEAVEN immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
LOYAL BABY, TOTAL POWER and SUNNY DELIGHT were sent for sampling.

Total Power drew clear after hitting the front 200m out from behind midfield to ring up a third career win at this level. The returns to blinkers and riding change to Joao Moreira worked the oracle. Sunny Delight ran on well three from the right to grab second in deep stretch after settling third last from a wide draw. The switch to the Valley had a positive effect. Favourite Loyal Baby just lost second after getting every chance in the one-one. He's honest as the day is long but has trouble winning. Amazing News lost a placing late after sustaining his bid after a one-off trip in midfield to briefly lead 250m out. He's not far off a bottom. Punted late Eevee ran on without menacing from towards the rear. He's gone all right in each of his three starts and can bob up at any moment. Jolly Honour ran on without menacing from towards the rear. He was ridden too far back in the run. Run The Table came up flat after a handy run on the fence. He hasn't been able to step up in back-to-back runs at this level following a win. Well-punted yet again, Travel Glory weakened to beat only one after finding the front from a wide draw. He's a Class Five horse.
