Racing Incident Report
Race Three: (760) - JASPER HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1000Meters
MILLENNIUM FALCON began only fairly, then shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of VIVA CHEF which became unbalanced.
FARM BUMPER and FLYING DRAGON bumped at the start.
CIRCUIT SEVEN began awkwardly.
Near the 600 Metres, MILLENNIUM FALCON, which was laying out, was awkwardly placed outside the heels of VIVA CHEF which was awkwardly placed behind LORIZ.
MILLENNIUM FALCON continued to lay out towards the heels of VIVA CHEF and near the 450 Metres shifted in abruptly away from the heels of that horse which itself shifted in under pressure.
Passing the 500 Metres, SPICY SO GOOD was awkwardly placed behind NEXTMODEL.
NEXTMODEL lay in throughout the race.
A veterinary inspection of NEXTMODEL immediately following the race found that horse to be lame in its right front leg.
Before being allowed to race again, NEXTMODEL will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection of PEGASUS GLORY immediately following the race found that horse to have bled from both nostrils.
A veterinary inspection of SPICY SO GOOD and SEA ELITE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
LUCKY QUALITY and FLYING DRAGON were sent for sampling.

Favourite Lucky Quality kept on gamely for the win after hitting the front 300m out travelling better than midfield on the grandstand side. He's an honest horse and enjoyed a riding change to Joao Moreira. Flying Dragon ran on well from near last to overhaul Spicy So Good 30m out for second. It was a solid effort on debut and he appears to have a future ahead of him. Spicy So Good kept on reasonably well prompting the pace on the stands side. He's mixing his form but did place two back at the Valley from three earlier starts. Sea Elite came up one-paced over the last 100m after poking his head in front 350m out following a pace-prompting run. It wasn't a bad run trying the straight 1,000m for the first time. Circuit Seven produced a grinding effort travelling midfield underneath the eventual winner. He's shown some progress carrying big weights in backto- back runs following a downgrade. Plunged late Loriz came up one-paced following a handy run. It was a typical effort. Nextmodel gradually faded after getting headed for the lead 350m out. He needed the run after coming out of a February defeat.
