Racing Incident Report
Race Five: (330) - KWUN TONG HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1000Meters
SIGHT HERO began awkwardly and made contact with the hindquarters of STORMTROUPER which became unbalanced.
SIGHT HERO consequently lost ground.
HOLYSHOWCASING jumped in at the start and inconvenienced DECISIVE TWELVE.
CANTSTOPTHEFEELING and HAPPY TANGO also made contact at the start.
GRACYLOVE shifted out and bumped LIKE THAT soon after the start.
Approaching the 600 Metres, CANTSTOPTHEFEELING and CARRY THE DIAMOND made contact on several occasions.
At the 350 Metres, CANTSTOPTHEFEELING was steadied when crowded for room between CARRY THE DIAMOND which shifted out and brushed CANTSTOPTHEFEELING and LIKE THAT (J Moreira) which improved to the inside of GOKO.
J Moreira was advised to exercise due care when shifting ground in similar circumstances.
Just prior to the finishing line, LIKE THAT and NOBLE DESIRE made contact as a consequence of both horses shifting ground.
A veterinary inspection of AMAZING ROCKY and CARRY THE DIAMOND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of STORMTROUPER immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse's trachea.
LIKE THAT and NOBLE DESIRE were sent for sampling.

Like That came from midfield on the stands side to edge Noble Desire 30m out for the win. He relished a return to Class Four after giving a decent sight in two prior starts in Class Three. Specked late, Noble Desire kept on gamely after surging to the lead 200m out following a pace-prompting run. He appears from his past two starts to have found his niche over the straight 1,000m. United We Stand grudgingly gave way after sharing the lead travelling in the centre of the track. He doesn't know how to run a bad race over the straight 1,000m but is on his mark. Decisive Twelve ran on all right from behind midfield to fill the frame. It was a good effort off a 221-day break. Amazing Rocky just held his ground travelling better than midfield on the far side from a low draw. The run was disappointing. Gracylove made some ground after weaving about to gain a clear run 300m out near the far side following a patient ride third from the rear.
