Racing Incident Report
Race Five: (318) - PATERSON HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1650Meters
MURRAY'S PARTNERS shifted out at the start and made contact with KANBEKI MOLLY.
GALA NIGHT shifted out at the start and bumped FAITHFUL TRINITY.
From the outside barriers, ACCLAIMED LIGHT and EVERYONE'S ELITE were shifted across behind runners shortly after the start.
After travelling a short distance, KANBEKI MOLLY shifted out, resulting in GOOD RUNNERS WAY being taken out onto WINNING ENDEAVOUR which lost ground when crowded for room inside DOR DOR.
After being shifted in behind KANBEKI MOLLY near the 1550 Metres, DOR DOR was then ridden along for a considerable distance, however, failed to muster speed.
Making the turn near the 1050 Metres, EVERYONE'S ELITE commenced to travel keenly and shifted out away from the heels of FLAME LILY.
After this, EVERYONE'S ELITE was left racing wide and without cover and was taken wider again passing the 900 Metres when FLAME LILY momentarily shifted out away from the heels of GALA NIGHT.
EVERYONE'S ELITE was consequently allowed to improve its position passing the 800 Metres to race outside the lead, however, continued to race wide and without cover.
Approaching the 800 Metres, DOR DOR commenced to travel keenly and was shifted out away from the heels of FLAME LILY.
Near the 450 Metres, WINNING ENDEAVOUR shifted out marginally and bumped the hindquarters of FLAME LILY which became unbalanced.
FAITHFUL TRINITY got its head on the side and lay in under pressure in the Straight.
WINNING ENDEAVOUR and EVERYONE'S ELITE were sent for sampling.

Post-time favourite Winning Endeavour accelerated nicely to grab victory 30m out after shifting into the open with one wider out at the head of the straight following a patient ride second from the rear. Everyone's Elite found one too good after circling the field from near the back from gate 12 to eventually lead 200m out. He's racing well without winning. Dor Dor closed well to fill a placing after biding his time third from the rear. He proved a last-start success was not a fluke and likely has the tools to win another. Early favourite Murray's Partners ran on to finish a distant fourth following a midfield run on the fence. Flame Lily ran on steadily without menacing after a one-off run worse than midfield. It was another honest effort. Acclaimed Light ran on without menacing after making his run one from the back from a wide gate. Both Kanbeki Molly and Curling Luxury were done 150m out after going too hard up front.
