Racing Incident Report
Race One: (470) - LOCKHART HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1800Meters
LUCKY COIN was slow to begin.
DRAGON WARRIOR began only fairly.
SWEET BEAN began only fairly and shortly after the start was awkwardly placed outside the heels of BONITO which shifted out.
From the outside barrier, CELEBRATION was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners to obtain cover.
Passing the 1200 Metres, ENJOYABLE SUCCESS was awkwardly placed behind JOLLY AMBER.
Near the 650 Metres, DRAGON WARRIOR was steadied away from the heels of LITTLE FANTASY which got its head on the side and shifted in as ENJOYABLE SUCCESS improved to its outside.
MI BLANCO, which was following LITTLE FANTASY, was steadied away from the heels of that horse in consequence.
Making the turn approaching the 550 Metres, DRAGON WARRIOR momentarily raced in restricted room between BONITO and LITTLE FANTASY which continued to lay in.
When being directed out to relieve the tightening to DRAGON WARRIOR, LITTLE FANTASY shifted out and bumped MI BLANCO.
MI BIANCO and LITTLE FANTASY then raced tight outside DRAGON WARRIOR near the 500 Metres as that horse improved to the outside of AMAZING GOLD.
Passing the 300 Metres, BONITO was shifted to the inside of AMAZING GOLD after being disappointed for running between that horse and DRAGON WARRIOR.
Close to the finishing line, AMAZING GOLD raced tight inside MONEY WINNER.
A veterinary inspection of SWEET BEAN and JOLLY AMBER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
DRAGON WARRIOR and ENJOYABLE SUCCESS were sent for sampling.

Punted late Dragon Warrior was too good after taking the lead from favourite Enjoyable Success following a midfield run on the fence to open his win account at start 18. Enjoyable Success made a move 800m out from beyond midfield to shoot clear by two lengths at the 500m but found one better in the end. He's hit a purple patch of form in recent runs and can breakthrough at any moment. Money Winner came on well from behind midfield to finish level for third with Little Fantasy. He continues to race well after a win three back at Sha Tin. Little Fantasy stayed on reasonably well despite drifting back to midfield approaching the final bend after being prominent early on from a wide gate. Bonito had his chance following a prominent run on the fence. He's shown some improvement in recent runs but is limited. Amazing Gold didn't have much to offer in the drive after stalking the leader Triumph. He's on his mark following an earlier win.
