Recap by phillip woo
Garlic Yeah made all after a soft run in front for a fourth win from 33 starts. He's returned to top form in back-to-back runs under Joao Moreira. Le Panache finished well to finish a close second after taking closer order behind midfield 1,000m out from the rear of the field. He ran well in defeat yet again in a race run at a muddling pace. Favourite Clement Legend settled for third in the end after moving into the Quinella spot from midfield at the 200m. His streak ends at four but it was still a good effort carrying six pounds more for this run. Ishvara stayed on a non-threatening fourth following a handy run. He had no excuses but it was another honest effort and can bob up soon. mazing Agility was getting going late from near the back. He needs a stronger pace and rider. Bring It On had his chance travelling one-out, one-back. On his past few runs, he does appear to be on his mark.
