Recap by phillip woo
Dark Dream blew them away 200m out despite getting shuffled back to near last at the 1000m. He's a superstar in the making. Specked late Giant Turtle kept on gamely for second after a well-rated run in front. He's dangerous when allowed to bowl along in front. Insayshable kept grinding away stalking the speed to fill a placing despite a big weight. His natural gate speed and versatility is a real asset. Glorious Artist stayed on nicely to just miss a placing despite being cast deep with no cover in a prominent spot at the 800m. He's a winner waiting to happen at a mile and further on either surface. Firming favourite Harmony Victory had his chance settling one-out, one-back. He didn't seem to handle the wet ground. Dinozzo made headway late without menacing following a patient ride second from the rear. He's trying to find a bottom.
