Racing Incident Report
Race Four: (112) - IWC EXCELLENT HANDICAP - Class 2 - 1800Meters
The start was delayed when PIKACHU's left front plate was required to be replaced.
PIKACHU was subsequently examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race.
Shortly after the start, PIKACHU raced tight between GLORIOUS FOREVER which shifted out marginally and GENERAL SHERMAN which shifted in.
In this incident, GENERAL SHERMAN became unbalanced after being bumped on the hindquarters by PIKACHU.
Despite being ridden along for some distance in the early stages, HAPPILABABY failed to muster speed.
Despite being ridden along for a considerable distance in the early and middle stages, PACKING DRAGON was unable to cross INSAYSHABLE and consequently travelled wide and without cover throughout.
A veterinary inspection of STIMULATION immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
GLORIOUS FOREVER and PIKACHU were sent for sampling.

Raging favourite Glorious Forever kept up a strong gallop setting good fractions in front to win with something in hand. He's destined for better things. Veteran Pikachu produced a fine run travelling fourth on the fence to finish a clear-cut second. He can always pop up over the 1,800m at either course. General Sherman came on nicely down the outside racing third from the rear to fill a placing. He's racing well and there's a win on the horizon. Insayshable was retreating inside the last 100m after moving to second following a prominent run approaching the final bend. He'll have better days going forward. Specked late Prawn Baba made some ground without menacing near the outside after travelling one from the back to just miss a Quartet spot. It wasn't a bad effort carrying top weight. Helene Charisma came up one-paced travelling midfield. Wait for him in Class Three.
