Raging favourite Glorious Forever showed another string to his bow by taking the sit in the box seat this time around before charging clear at the 200m to erase his brother Time Warp's track record for the trip. He's got a bright future. Insayshable stuck on reasonably well after setting the pace in front. He's done little wrong in his three starts and will be winning races next season. Punted late General Sherman continued his good run of form of late with a good burst along the inside from near last to just miss second. Specked late Super Chic finished well from the rear after jumping tardily to fill a Quartet spot. Like the latter, it was a good run in defeat stepping up in class but he requires a longer trip. Gorgeous King came up flat 100m out following a box-seat run. He's just not quite up to this class. Stimulation ran on without menacing down the outside following a patient run third from the rear. He's still acclimatising but certainly has ability.

Racing Incident Report

Race Four: (781) - HOI HA HANDICAP - Class 2 - 2000Meters

STIMULATION was crowded for room on jumping between JOLLY GENE and ROCKETEER which shifted out.

From the outside barrier, SUPER CHIC was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

JOLLY GENE travelled wide and without cover until after the 1400 Metres.

Approaching and passing the 1100 Metres, GLORIOUS FOREVER got its head up when awkwardly placed inside the heels of JOLLY GENE.

Passing the 650 Metres, JOLLY GENE was taken wider by GLORIOUS FOREVER.

Approaching the 200 Metres, INSAYSHABLE shifted out under pressure and raced tight inside GLORIOUS FOREVER (Z Purton).

Then at the 200 Metres, INSAYSHABLE was struck across the nose by the whip of Z Purton.

Z Purton was shown the video of this incident and advised to take measures to ensure that his whip does not make contact with another horse or rider wherever possible.

Over the concluding stages, SUPER CHIC was not able to be fully tested when racing tight inside the heels of INSAYSHABLE (J Moreira), resulting in J Moreira having to stop riding his mount with the whip and straighten his mount.

STIMULATION lay in under pressure in the Straight.

K Teetan (ROCKETEER) was reminded of his obligation in respect of not using the whip on a horse out of contention.

GLORIOUS FOREVER and INSAYSHABLE were sent for sampling.
