Racing Incident Report
Race One: (724) - MOUNT CAMERON HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1800Meters
FRUITFUL LIFE began awkwardly.
CELEBRATION shifted out at the start and bumped SWEET BEAN.
After this, SWEET BEAN was steadied and shifted across behind runners.
LOADED stumbled at the start and then after travelling a short distance shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of FRUITFUL LIFE which became unbalanced.
From wide barriers, AGIAAL and WONDERFUL CHASER were steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners in the early stages to obtain cover.
Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, LOADED was awkwardly placed inside the heels of FRUITFUL LIFE which shifted in.
DON WONGCHOY travelled wide and without cover until after the 1100 Metres at which time the horse was allowed to improve its position into the lead.
JOYFUL FOREVER was left racing wide and without cover after the 1100 Metres.
Making the turn near the 550 Metres, LOADED was steadied away from the heels of FRUITFUL LIFE which came under pressure.
Near the 450 Metres, LOADED was momentarily eased away from the heels of AEROLUMINANCE which shifted out.
Over the final 200 Metres, AGIAAL hung in under pressure.
Near the 150 Metres, DON WONGCHOY was awkwardly placed inside the heels of MY BLESSING which shifted in away from PENZANCE.
After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that WEALTHY FORTUNE had sustained a wound to the outside of the right front fetlock.
A veterinary inspection of WONDERFUL CHASER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of CELEBRATION immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse's trachea.
AEROLUMINANCE and PENZANCE were sent for sampling.

Favourite Aeroluminance got up 130m out after peeling out rounding the straight following a handy run on the fence to ring up a win. It was only a matter of time before he would win one in this grade. Penzance settled box-seat 1,000m after leading early on, reclaimed the lead 200m out and found one better in the end. He's come right following a downgrade and may be able to escape with a win before season's end. Wealthy Fortune drifted back to last approaching the final bend but finished nicely to grab third in the last bound. Sweet Bean lost a placing late after taking off from the rear at the 750m to sit third coming to the final bend. He rarely produces a bad run. Punted late, My Blessing gradually faded in the run to the wire after being caught three-deep until parking one-off outside the leader going forward. He prefers a faster track. Agiaal ran on without menacing travelling second last from a wide gate. He's beyond his better days.
