Recap by phillip woo
Favourite Fiama came on nicely after travelling third from the rear following a slow start to win going away 60m out for a first win after showing ability in defeat three times. He's certainly got the tools to win another. Unicron Jewellery couldn't match the winner in the late stages after working forward from a tricky gate to lead at the 1,050m from Super Lucky. He was back on track with blinkers following a rare flat effort last time out. Radiant Bunny got going widest out from the rear of the field to fill a placing. He's placed in back-to-back runs but may require a downgrade to open his win account. Mcqueen had his chance following a box-seat run but usually is better suited over the 1,800m. Smiling Charm peaked on his run 100m out after looming a chance at the 250m following a deep run until slotting one-out, one-back at the 900m.
