Recap by phillip woo
Rocketeer naturally came to hand at his fourth start with a rise in trip to win going away following a box-seat run. He's only three years of age and will be even better next season. Anticipation was nicely rated on the lead and fought back to get second from Supreme Profit. He had been disappointing since a first-up win this season but his lead-up work coming into this run was better. Supreme Profit circled the field at the 700m to press the leader, poked his head in front 350m out and grudgingly gave way in the run to the wire. He's had a good campaign but doesn't have many points in hand. Rodrico kept on well after sitting second in the run for the most part to just miss a placing in an improved run off a light weight. He's still acclimatising. Favourite Dinozzo ran on without menacing from behind midfield. The muddling pace played against him. Ensuring ran on from the back. He's looking forward to a drop in class.
