Firming favourite Relentless Me came on well after getting shuffled back to travel three back along the fence to get up 70m out for smart debut win. He's got a lot more improvement to come and is bred to get further in time. All You Need tended to shift about under pressure but eventually got going from midfield to make it close in the end in very encouraging debut. He looks a nice money spinner sort for the stable and will be winning shortly. Money Boy twice had to check when trying to go through a gap approaching the 300m, eventually hit the front 200m out and found a couple better in the end. It was a good run in defeat off a big weight and connections may consider a claimer for his next start. Master Steed got going from behind midfield to snatch fourth from Bumble Baby on the line. He's not honest but is certainly capable of a big run at times. Compassion Star was impeded at times by the erratic All You Need after straightening following a one-off run travelling fore of midfield but did close off reasonably well late. He's shown some ability in his three runs and it's only a matter of time before he pops up.

Racing Incident Report

Race Two: (608)-AUDEMARS PIGUET LADY ROYAL OAK HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Metres

TELECOM TITAN began only fairly and then shortly after the start shifted out abruptly across the heels of BUMBLE BABY and lost ground.

PERFECT TOUCH began awkwardly.

FOXBAT and ALL YOU NEED bumped at the start.

OWNERS' PRESTIGE began only fairly and shortly after the start shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of CELEBRATION which became unbalanced.

From the outside barrier, CELEBRATION was then steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.

OWNERS' PRESTIGE made the turn after the 900 Metres awkwardly and then raced with its head on the side and lay out.

At the 400 Metres, MONEY BOY and REGENCY DARLING bumped as MONEY BOY was crowded for room between REGENCY DARLING and CALL ME AWESOME (Apprentice H N Wong) which drifted out.

Apprentice Wong was advised to ensure that he is alert to his mounts shifting ground and in similar circumstances to make every endeavour to prevent them from shifting.

In the early part of the Straight, ALL YOU NEED raced greenly under pressure and near the 300 Metres COMPASSION STAR, which was racing behind ALL YOU NEED, was momentarily awkwardly placed close to the heels of that horse.

Near the 350 Metres, REGENCY DARLING shifted in and bumped MONEY BOY.

Approaching the 100 Metres, REGENCY DARLING momentarily raced tight outside MONEY BOY which shifted out marginally.

Passing the 50 Metres, MASTER STEED was shifted out away from the heels of ALL YOU NEED.

Throughout the race, REGENCY DARLING travelled wide and without cover.

Whilst the Stewards were satisfied that the riding of T Berry (BUMBLE BABY), 5th placegetter, over the concluding stages did not affect the horse's finishing position, he was nonetheless reminded of his obligation to ride his mounts out at least hands and heels all the way to the end of the race, where circumstances permit.

RELENTLESS ME and ALL YOU NEED were sent for sampling.
