Blazing Pass came on strongly after a patient ride third from the rear in a suitably run race to grab the spoils 60m out for a second win this term. He'll find it harder in the middle of the grade but can still get up for minor prize money. Super Form closed off well after drifting back to travel behind midfield coming to the final bend to grab second in deep stretch. He's clearly at his best over this course at a mile to 2,200m. Autumn Gold peaked on his run 100m out after dashing to the front 180m out following a midfield run. He's another who seems to perform best over the 1,800m and further over this course nowadays. Premium Champion was on his tippy toes 150m out after assuming the front 750m out from Bo Duke. It was a better run following a downgrade and blinkers but seems to perform better at Sha Tin. Agiaal was running on empty 250m after taking off mid-race from the back. He didn't get the trip and remains one who can pop up at a price over a mile or 1,800m when next stepping out. Happy And Healthy didn't get the trip.

Racing Incident Report

Race Five: (404)-THE CRAIGENGOWER CRICKET CLUB CHALLENGE CUP (HANDICAP) - Class 4 - 2200Metres

AUTUMN GOLD shifted out at the start and bumped KING BOUNTIFUL.

From the outside barriers, BLAZING PASS, AGIAAL and BEST REWARD were all steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.

GOOD FIT was also steadied to obtain cover shortly after the start.

For the major part of the race, KING BOUNTIFUL travelled wide and without cover and in the Straight gave ground.

The performances of KING BOUNTIFUL and DIGITAL PIONEER, which finished tailed out, were considered unacceptable.

Before being allowed to race again, KING BOUNTIFUL and DIGITAL PIONEER will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

A veterinary inspection of BO DUKE, KING BOUNTIFUL, HAPPY AND HEALTHY and DIGITAL PIONEER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

PREMIUM CHAMPION, BLAZING PASS and SUPER FORM were sent for sampling.
