Racing Incident Report
Race Two: (298)-GRASSY HILL HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1000Metres
MASSIVE MOVE and BOND ELEGANCE bumped at the start.MASSIVE MOVE then shifted in and bumped AMAZING MOMENT.
This resulted in all three horses becoming unbalanced.
BELOVED and WINNING CONTROLLER were slow to begin.
GENTILIS shifted out at the start and bumped EMPIRE OF MONGOLIA.
Approaching the 900 Metres, BOND ELEGANCE was bumped by MASSIVE MOVE which was steadied away from the heels of PEACE COMBINATION (M Chadwick) which shifted out.
M Chadwick was reprimanded and warned against the practice of shifting his mounts at too abrupt an angle.
Approaching the 800 Metres, AMAZING MOMENT was momentarily steadied away from the heels of MASSIVE MOVE which shifted in after being bumped by BOND ELEGANCE.
Near the 250 Metres, AMAZING MOMENT was awkwardly placed inside the heels of BOND ELEGANCE.
Approaching and passing the 100 Metres, BOND ELEGANCE was awkwardly placed outside the heels of PEACE COMBINATION and then after the 50 Metres raced in restricted room between EXPONENTS and PEACE COMBINATION which lay out under pressure.
After the race, B Prebble stated that TEN SPEED did not feel comfortable in its action over the latter stages of the race.
A veterinary inspection of TEN SPEED immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Before being allowed to race again, TEN SPEED will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
BOND ELEGANCE, FISH N' CHIPS and LONDON MASTER were sent for sampling.

Fish N' Chips drew clear after vying for the lead with Peace Combination. He relished a drop in grade and Dylan Mo's 10-pound claim after putting the writing on the wall in a number of his earlier runs in Class Three this term. Specked late, London Master stayed on gamely after travelling handy on the stands side to finish a clear-cut second. The draw and return to the course and distance of his only win helped. Massive Move stayed on well for a placing after travelling handy in the centre of the course. He too seems best over the straight 1,000m. Bumble Baby was grinding away on the far side in midfield to just miss a placing. He's still learning. Amazing Moment is in the right class but needs a longer trip after making headway late following a patient ride beyond midfield near the far side. Debutant Bond Elegance was only plodding when push came to shove following a prominent run. He'll need more time and is bred to go better on the dirt.
