Recap by phillip woo
Favourite Green Card extricated himself out of traffic 380m out after travelling third from the rear following a sluggish break and finished strongly down the outside to nail Iron Boy on the wire for an overdue win after numerous unlucky runs. He runs on so it's likely he'll be able to get longer than the 1,200m. Iron Boy looked the winner 150m out following a midfield run. He's run well in both runs at this level this season and will be adding to a Class Four win in June. Lang Tai Sing stayed on nicely for a placing despite travelling no better than four deep in the run beyond midfield from a wide gate. It was a continuation of his good form from late last season and he will be live chance on a win line if he draws properly next time out. Pakistan Baby was running on late without menacing from the back. He can run a race at Sha Tin but is crying for a return to his preferred Valley course or a wet track.
