Racing Incident Report
Race Six: (730)-JASPER HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1200Metres
After being loaded, CHARITY GLORY became fractious and repeatedly kicked the back gates.Then as the start was effected, CHARITY GLORY again became fractious and reared, resulting in the horse losing a significant amount of ground.
Before being allowed to race again, CHARITY GLORY will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.
ACTUARIAT was slow to begin.
LORD SINCLAIR began only fairly.
Making the first turn near the 700 Metres, GREAT SKY got its head on the side, lay in and bumped ACTUARIAT.
GREAT SKY then shifted out and was awkwardly placed close to the heels of TURIN PEARL.
For some distance in the early part of the Straight, HAPPY METEOR raced in restricted room when improving into tight running inside TIMELY ARRIVED.
A veterinary inspection of HAPPY SURVEYS and TRAVEL NUMBER ONE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of GLOBAL DOMINATION immediately following the race found that horse to have bled from both nostrils.
HAPPY METEOR and BORNTOACHIEVE were sent for sampling.

Favourite Happy Meteor settled fourth along the fence, stayed to the paint upon straightening and got up 200m out for second win from three starts following a switch to the dirt. Borntoachieve was posted three deep on the speed without cover, poked his head in front four deep at the 250m and found one too good in the end. Well-tried late in betting, Elite Spirit ran on steadily four deep following a handy run with cover one off the fence to pick up a placing. Turin Pearl made headway with three wider out following a deep run in midfield to cap the First- 4. Great Sky made some ground without menacing with one wider out after travelling one off the fence beyond midfield. Timely Arrived punched forward along the fence to lead 950m, straightened narrowly on top and was on his tippy toes approaching the 100m in his first run on the surface. He's had a lot of racing and requires a break. Lord Sinclair only got by stopping rivals after travelling second from the rear. Travel Number One found a couple too quick on the lead, straightened three deep and only plodded over the final 150m. Happy Surveys never let down.
