Recap by phillip woo

Raging favourite G-One Bo Bo settled one off the fence in midfield, got into the open near five deep upon straightening and let down nicely to take control 50m out for back-toback wins. He didn't beat much but has really come to hand following joint surgery and can win another. Free November jumped well to lead with visors, cornered two lengths on top and kept on gamely for second. Hammer King rolled forward from a wide gate to sit prominent without cover, wandered about under pressure and kept on all right for a placing with first-time blinkers. All Times Lucky was handy along the fence, held up behind the one-paced Multiexpress until pulling out at the 120m and ran on reasonably well to easily fill a Quartet spot at a price. Sparkling Talent was deep with cover around midfield, swung the final bend with three wider out and only plodded to the wire. Multiexpress was ridden out of the gates to hold second on the fence, stayed to the inside upon straightening and only kept up an even gallop over the final 300m. Hay Go Lucky was one-paced over the last 200m following a one-out, one-back run.

Racing Incident Report

Race Four: (390)-KUT CHEONG HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Metres

Whilst parading behind the barriers, C Brown was momentarily dislodged from RICHCITY FORTUNE without incident.

After being loaded, HAY GO LUCKY became fractious, reared and sat down momentarily.

HAY GO LUCKY was removed from the barriers and examined by the Veterinary Officer who said in his opinion it was suitable to race.

Before being allowed to race again, HAY GO LUCKY will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.

Shortly after the start, EXCELLENT FORTUNE raced tight between HAY GO LUCKY and RICCO RICCO which shifted in.

GLORY SUNSHINE was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.

Passing the 1100 Metres, HAY GO LUCKY shifted in and bumped MULTIEXPRESS which became unbalanced.

Making the first turn after the 900 Metres, SPARKLING TALENT momentarily raced tight between G-ONE BO BO and HAY GO LUCKY, both of which shifted marginal ground.

At the 600 Metres, G-ONE BO BO was steadied away from the heels of HAY GO LUCKY.

At the 400 Metres, ALL TIMES LUCKY was disappointed for running between MULTIEXPRESS and HAY GO LUCKY after being bumped by HAY GO LUCKY which lay in.

ALL TIMES LUCKY then had difficulty obtaining clear running until near the 200 Metres.

In the early part of the Straight, HAMMER KING got its head on the side and lay in.

When being corrected, HAMMER KING then shifted out, resulting in G-ONE BO BO, which was following, being inconvenienced.

HAMMER KING then continued to lay in under pressure for the remainder of the race.

Throughout the race, HAMMER KING and RICHCITY FORTUNE travelled wide and without cover.

A veterinary inspection of RICHCITY FORTUNE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

G-ONE BO BO and FREE NOVEMBER were sent for sampling.
